1. Should people be allowed to smoke in public places? If so, where?
2. How popular is smoking in your country?

No,they shouldn't. Because the people stay healthy =will not be healthy when they smoke.
I'm not sure because I'm not an adult. But I think it's popular in our country. ok ^^
