21.1 our government is regulated in this way that there are a few parties. We have been implementing presidential system and parliamentary government. the separation of legal, administrative, and judicial power has been accomplished so that even if the president couldn't get his/her way of processing the crucial decisions.
22.2. What i just explained is what i personally think in a name. So much= many people with a high position people in the political world has=is unfair, great power which must not belong to an individual in practice. And our political system is made through imitating developed countries's one=country's system. So from time to time people have a trouble from the mismatch resulting from= caused by not enough considering enough of our reality.
22.3 If i were omnipotent, i'd like to replace those who have occupied the high position and always think about anything else in a inflexible way. So changed= changing the government would be more compatible with the world that is undergoing a sudden change.
22.4 I don't thing= think our current legal system goes well with our real life especially in terms of the most of the cases regarding very prosperous people. it seems as though there are a lot of ways for them to keep themselves from being punished. They easily get around the laws by giving bribery=bribe to the people in charge of the legal system. that is what must be addressed.
