First of all, I personally think that all the candidates must be qualified. these days as the more time goes by, the less job opportunities are given to candidates. It is the most important thing for them to go though=through this hardship caused by economic recession. No matter how hard the government tries to render more expanded range of job offers, unemployment rate will be existing=exist for the time being.
Furthermore, Those who are only focusing on the just getting a job regardless of a kind of the job must consider their nature. Even if they come to=would be hired as they have always dreamed, They are likely to hand in their resignation because of a lot of unbearable stresses= stress they get at work. Although not fully understanding their own aptitude, I believe that people are at least aware of what they like to do outside work. it can be a reasonable indicator which help people find a job circumstance appropriate for them.
As far as the thing to consider in looking for a job is concerned, I do not know how the effective way is since i haven't turn into a really competitive society yet but those are all the things that i believe to be needed a nice candidate should have who is always prepared to be employed and the companies are seeking to hire.
