In the past, our country had a very conservative attitude to woman.
So traditional woman was considered a homemaker.
There are two reasons. At first, the society rated their ability very low.
And secondly, there was a division of labor. It's mean; a strong man has to hard work and a soft woman has to detailed work.
After a society was rebuilt by democracy.
A social attitude was also changed, related to recognition of woman.
Until parent's generation, a woman rarely enters a university.
But nowadays, some of the university the number of women exceed majority.
And this status carries over into a job market.
The increasing number of women occurs not only in a quantitative respect but only in quality too.
In the example at the top, there was a fucking previous president Park.
And her impeachment was confirmed by a woman justice of the supreme court.
but there is still gender discrimination at work in Korea.
however, our country will be changed faster than the past.
