If I encounter this kind of problem, I think the best way is putting on priority on work. Every time I work on my office, I encounter this kind of situation because my main duty is checking all courier documents and communicating with customer service team. I should check courier documents on 40 minutes basis then I release it to warehouse operator and I also solve customer requires = inquiries and need from C/S team. Every time I consider the priority that I will do. Normally, my top priority is checking our courier documents because operators can prepare products and service based on this document. If I delayed this work, we probably should do overwork and there some problems to deliver products on time. I should do it first to deliver product on time and get office on time then I solve customer’s requires C/S team’s need. It usually can make a good result. Because I don’t have to work in an hurry and a messy place.
