Hello everyone! Did you have a nice winter vacation? I did.
First, I had a part time job at café. It was really hard. It was difficult to make the whipped cream pretty at first. So I was scolded by my managers a lot. And Washing dishes were really annoying. But, anyway, It was nice because I could learn how to make a dessert menu in there. I made some strawberry beverages and strawberry pancakes. Also, I learned some brunch menu – like salad and panini. And Studying types of coffee and roasting was exciting.

Second, I traveled in Taiwan with my mother. We didn’t use the traveling package service so, it was really hard. I thought that I should protect and take responsibility for her. Because she couldn’t speak Chinese or English at all. And she couldn’t use any map application too. So I should find the maps and traffics alone! It was hard…..
But beautiful scenes and delicious food made me happy. Especially 우육면(beef noodle) was really good. And I also met a Taiwanese friend who did skype with me last semester! It was fun.

I tried to do many things and planned a lot in winter vacation but, I just slacked off.
I oversleeped overslept a lot too.
But It was happy time. Thank you for listening to my winter vacation story!
