My main role & responsibility are to support Warehouse operators and communicate with customer service team. To do my duty, I learn firstly all documents about warehouse part. I timely check between customer credit and order history. If customer payed correct money for order, I make a Delivery order to serve courier service. plus, In order history, Customers leave a massage for their need for example, "Could deliver it on the Friday?" then I separately handle it. So I trained these kind of working process and what time I implement it. To communicate with customer service team, I faced many kind of situation. C/S should deal with all customer needs so It is very hard to categorize all situations. even if I trained basic section of it, It is better for me to deal with it in person. I experienced it and naturally learn how to perform it. for example, nowdays Many customers complained about I didn't receive my product. I solve it compare between time of delivery note and shipment. I think the best way to solve this problem then I use it. |
