My manager has a lot of responsibilities in our team.There is a limit describing all of the things to do so I briefly introduce three parts. Firstly, is Staff counseling. Every the beginning of the year, We make a goals of the whole  year and We try to achieve it. To set a goal, We firstly consult with my manager about It is reasonable goal? or Can we do more? like this then We do interim check to reach our goals. Even if Our team members are 23 people, He must care about all. Secondly, to be safe = safety precautions. He should manage our work site. We deal with many chemical products which are very dangerous So Every time We must pay attention while working. To support it, He should maintain protective gears, alert all the employees = notify all the employees to be safe and remove dangerous things in work site. Lastly welfare, If I want to go to a vacation, I should get a sign  him and also To earn a payback for expense claim, I firstly should get approval from him. If I want to order some products, I also should get approval. He should care = take charge about all our benefits. I think It is difficult to take care about all the employees and have a lots of responsibilities. Only a person who has a warm-heart can do well with this kind of job and He is one of them.
