To be an ideal leader, I’d like to put=possess an empathic ability=quality first in everything./To be an ideal leader, first and foremost I should possess an emphatic/emphathetic quality. Based on my personal experience, of course other attributes like calm judgment, wisdom, and analytical skills used to settle the=a problem they face as quickly as possible are also important. I think a leader who lacks of empathy ability cannot lead people as long/effeciently as the other leaders.
For example, if a leader is trying=tries to push others to get everything done well all the way, it would lead to a huge success for the time being, but soon people could no longer endure and follow him because of bottoming their energy out.
Knowing how to listen to others' voice through an excellent empathic skill/by being emphatic, someone who is supposed to me=seems a good leader for me can make people able to do whatever to do=accomplish something much better without suffering from stress. For=In solving one/a problem, there might be much more approaches. So, a good leader should be flexible to embrace all=in meeting the needs of people require, while not being too strict.
I think a nice leader means not just dealing with the problem by pushing others, but on how smoothly to=you arrange a situation with the people. for further situation.
ability=more related to skills
quality=more related to behavior or personality
should=used to talk about the right thing to do.
