I think my growing edge is = I have grown my edge now because I directly experienced about Logistics and trades and this is chance to know what I want to be before I started this job, I just imagined this kind of industry seems very busy and hardwork but It turns out It depends on departments, companies and people. When I was a university student, I worked with some cosmetics company as an intern. As intern, They don't expect me to do anything and They just want to receive government supporting = support to hire a university student. I think It is a good policy but Many companies daily job are very busy and they don't have enough time to give a chance to an intern So I had bad experience about it. But Now I have role & responsibility and If I did a mistake, It would turn out very quickly. Everyday I try to work better than yesterday and I have a plans for studying related to my job. I think It is short to experience various jobs as student in Korea. Many young people even don't = don't even know their goals and they just study hard. I was like these people but This year I try to search my goal and change myself.
