There are various way to relieve my stress.
I will write that ways in order. = I'll tell you all of them.
First, I think why was I under stress now and how can I solve that problem. = I thought why am I currently stress and How can I solve the probelm. But sometimes I think that problem very deeply so rather I receive stress more than before. = But the more I thought of the problem, the more I got stressed.
Second, I will be generous just thinking about that stress consistently. Because a lot of people become to be calm as time passes. At that time, I have to do something. Something must improve myself and give me feeling that I can control my mind. So the something give me confidence and help me to overcome sense of shame.
Third. I will overcome the stress. when I have much stress, finally I have to check that I can overcome the stress using self-improvement
but although I have this way to relieve stress, most good way to relieve stress is to be with my family, friends and collegues chatting each ohter happily or doing some happy thing.
