The term "well-being" has been popularized since 2000s in Korea and in other countries, and people have tried to find ways to keep their health and to promote their physical condition. Even though enormous doctors and researchers in human science have proclaimed longer expected life time than ever, paradoxically people focus on tons of health information and salubrious foods: it seems everybody is going to be professional in health. It is apprehensible that people care of their health because everybody avoids to be week weak and to feel painful. However, It might not be the only reason to stick to have a healthy life style. In my opinion, each individual tends to maximize their own happiness and to enjoy the most stasis that they can achieve. As the best way for it, people pay attention to a well-known and acknowledged life style and try to follow it. People believe that what is regarded as a healthy life will lead them to a better life. Furthermore, we are not able to challenge to experience something new and beneficial if we are sick or do not have enough energy not only physically but also psychologically which is needed to enjoy it. Since human being expect to live more than one hundred years in the future, people need to care of themselves and keep an appropriate state. While some people are obsessed about the only one healthiest life style without any meaning, except that case I think the endeavor for a better life is valuable.
I wonder whether I write in a literary style. Would you check it?
Hi Amy,
I think yes, you write using a literary style, but that's okay.
You can write however you like it, the important thing is you get to be comfortable in writing and grammar and vocabularies are correct.
See you in class!
