Is it OK for men to cry?

I always cry when I watch an impressing movie or the sad thing is happened for someone who is very familiar with me.= I always cry when I watch an impressive movie or when something bad happened to someone who is very familiar with me.
So am I a weakhearted man? I don't thing so. I am just an emotional person.
Important thing is not whether I am man or woman.= The important thing is not whether I am a man or woman.  If someone is very emotional, he may drop the tears several times due to various reasons in his life. So I think because it is not related to the gender, it is totally ok for men to cry.
