How did you spend your childhood?

Well I’m going to say about my childhood. = I'm going to talk about my childhood.
Ever since when I was young I spent free time with my parents or friends. = I've always spent my free time with my parents and my friends ever since I was young.
To be specific, I used to enjoy outdoor activities with my parents and we went to the gym or central park near my house once or twice a week. = My parents and I used to go the gym or the central park together once or twice a week. And I spent much time to get on well with my friends as talking about our concerning or future’ life. = I've also spent a great deal of time with my friends talking about our future lives.

As a result, my childhood was a very happy and meaningful memory.

Who was your childhood hero? Did you want to be like him/her?

Well, a hero in my childhood is my parents. = My childhood hero were my parents.
The major reason might be that they passed down to me their physical ability. = (I'm not sure what this means.) At present I am very healthy so thanks to my parent’s attention I could maintain a healthy body. = I am very grateful to my parents for taking care of me when I was young. Now I have a healthy body beacuse of them. 
Furthermore, my parent spent their time to talk with me about my concerning related with my daily life and school days. = Furthermore, my parents also spent their time talking with me about my daily life and school.  Due to these activities I have improved my positive and right thinking for my current life. = Due to these activities, I was able to develop a positive mind and a good outlook in my current life.

As a result, I respect my parents because of these reasons. = I respect my parents because of these reasons.
