I agree with that statement. In poor countries, people with a good talent = good talents and skills could have less opportunities to show their talent. But it is not only for people in poor country = countries. Even though a person with a great abilities, it is really difficult has difficulties to succeed = succeeding in a rich country. The talent or gift is = Talents are important, but more important is their effort. I believe that practice makes perfect. It can be used in all matters. I would like to say the = that you should make a lot of efforts to be successful.
