I can bring good teamworks by my leadership. When I volunteered at=in a hospital of=at Sorok island, I observed that the a system of=in distributing foods for patients was inefficient and took too much time to finish distributing it/the distribution.
In order to make the system efficient,  assigned patients and types of foods(such as liquid food, porrige and normal food) to volunteers to make moving lines clear. then the time of it was much shorter without confusion=I assigned the volunteers to make moving lines clearly in distributing the patients with food to avoid any confusion.

secondly,=Additionally, when I was in charge of a=in an army medical corp., we had a assessment for our(my?)medical corp from a upper unit=been assessed from the upper unit. As I have known the assessment, I immediately so i asked the upper unit upgraded=to upgrade the checklists to make=making all of the evaluation factors perfect to get a=which will likely give a good evaluation.
So I assigned the mission to my subordinates and managed the progress of preparing an assessment=the preparation for the assessment in order to check whether it goes well or not=was going well aor not. and We tried to use all of the medical equipments proficiently. There are some equipments which we have to handle together to use. so we practiced to use those hard with advices from each other=so hard in using those equipments. after all,=As a result, we got a good evaluation at=in the assessment.
