I believe in gender equality.
Most country didn't use half of manpower well so far
and I think it kept our society from developing faster.
So I hope more women to enter social ladder and compete to men.
Just  The education for kids is also very important and every kid needs mom more than dad.
We need to consider this point for woman for better society
