My personality is not suitable to = for the company. I am afraid of communication of the = communicating with other people. they are too nervous = I'm afraid they might transfer and shift = some of their responsibilty = responsibilities to me. My senior manager is not teach to me = doesn't help me. So I have to do most of the work by myself.
