I have been studying English for a long time.

Although I can read English book somehow, It is not easy to write and listen English.

But I believe that practice makes perfect.

So, I try to make sentences and speak naturally today.

We could put "do" If we really want to emphasize a certain things, for instance: I do love watching movies. (the speaker express that he/she really really really love movies by putting do on the sentences.)

Anyways, It's really nice to know that you are willing to learn English language and It shows your eagerness to learn new things as well.
