Homework: Talk about the most annoying experience you have.
I was under a lot of stress when I was arguing with a realtor.
I have lived alone in a studio apartment an year ago. And I should have moved to another place to live with my friend together. So I should have found another person who will live in my old apartment. I put my place on the market and it was associated with several estate agents.
I found someone who are going to contract for the studio. But, 10 minutes after she had contracted, one of realtors called me, and complained me why didn't I tell her the studio was sold out. Because it happened just 10 minutes before! Furthermore, I don't have any duty to tell her if it's sold out or not before she asked me. She seemed to be very upset, and I even felt like I did a mistake, but I didn't.
She's just upset because she made an appointment with someone who would like to browse my studio, and the customer were complaining to her about it was unavailable suddenly. But It is usual to contract suddenly. Because person who puts down a deposit first, is going to contract. I don't have any duty to wait for the person who just wants to browse around my place.
I was so young that I didn't know about contract thing for an apartment well, but the next renter was well acquainted with matters of this kind, so she settled this dispute. |
