Mainly, the people think the duty of taking care of baby lean to woman’s side, not man.

However, it’s wrong to think like that.  = However, it’s wrong to think that way.

Taking care of baby is problem of man and woman impartially.  = Taking care of baby is responsibility of man and woman.

So, paternity leave system is legislated by law.

However, a lot of mans reluctant to take paternity leave. = However, a lot of men reluctant to take paternity leave.

I think it seems like social problem. Until now, many people think taking care of baby is the duty of woman unconsciously, although they know they have to do together. Moreover, the old people say that is unconditional duty of woman! In other words, public consciousness can’t advance along with the current of the times.

You should solve this problem with peaceful communication. You should consider at first about the public who want to live on well and have the right to live on well, not how to react aggressive correspond and to fight well. It’s the people who suffer a pain from fight between the two countries, not government. Please, concentrate on peaceful way to solve this problem.
