In very first time of exercise, I wanted to be healthy. I was taller than any of my peer, but I had poor health. I hoped to change my body and my health. I started exercise, when i had graduated a high school. At first it was very hard and tough. I just kept doing exercise, lifting weight everyday. My body was changed slowly day by day. The long time has passed since I started exercise, about 7 years. Recently, I still have exercise to keep my body healthy and also to make my fit good when i put clothes on. To be honest, It's really tough time to go to the gym everyday and somtimes i feel I'd like to quit doing exercise, but I don't wanna be abdominous. Maybe i will have exercise till at least 60 years old, as possible as i can. That's my hope. An exercise is kind of drug. Once you got a good body and healthy feeling, you can't let them go away.
