In my country Smoking rates are stable now.
A price of cigarettes have been skyrocketing past = IN past 3 years. Because the government has been trying to reduce the smoking rates for improving national health.
It seemed as though it worked. Smoking rates was going down in a short time.
But it was all but a fleeting moment. Finally this policy is just raise a tax  = just to raise tax for the cigarettees.= in cigarettes.
I'm also a smoker. Event though It's too expensive to lose my health, I can't quit smoking either.
The most important thing we have to think is that smoking rates don't depend on a price.
I want to say that smoking rates is going down as culture is developing.
Nowadays I always take care of criticism from people around me while I'm smoking.
sometimes It makes me feel that I should quit smoking.
