My favorit place is Hongcheon Ttukbaegi. Pork Backbone Hangover Soup is one kind. This food is from my hometown. = My favorite restaurant is Hongcheon Ttukbaegi, which serves Pork Backbone Hangover Soup (Gamjatang). This dish originates from my hometown, Daegu.

The original restaurant is Nongong in Daegu. It is near my first company. But the taste is not my style. So I prefer the restaurant in Gamsan near my home. = The original flagship location is in Nongong, near my first company, but its flavor isn't really my style. Instead, I prefer the branch in Gamsan, close to my home.

The portion of meat and radish greens is surprisingly huge. It's like a tower. I don't overcome of greeding about food. = The portion of meat and radish greens is huge and stacked like a tower. I cannot resist delicious food!

Other famoust restaurants are in Daegu. But the place I have visited ever is the best. The faver is constant anytime. = There are other famous places in Daegu, but this one is the best I have ever visited. The flavor is always great.

After wokring overtime, I used to enjoy eating this food withi colleagues at night or dawn. = After working overtime, I used to eat this soup with my colleagues late at night or at dawn.

Because Pork Backbones are many, you should use two hands with your mouth. You just know how to eat it right away. So healthy food. My Singapoeran frinds like that. = Because there is so much meat on the bones, you have to use both hands to eat it. It is very healthy food, and my friends from Singapore liked it too.

This food is for the public. The cost was not expensive. But lately, this price went up a lot. = This dish is meant for common people, so it was cheap in the past. But recently, the price has increased a lot.

NOTE: Nothing beats enjoying a piping hot, towering bowl of Gamjatang with close colleagues after a long night of overtime. ^^
