My colleages of otehr team will quit on this month. I'm sure they they are 4 people. One person who is my firend and is in sale department. other team members are in quality department. Especially, the quality teamleader will quit. He is of 3 people. = Four colleagues from other teams are quitting this month. One is my friend in sales, and the other three are in quality control, including their team leader.
I think I have not enoug abilities in thie field. But my other team members are not more enough than me. I have experienced a lot of kinds carreer as handy man because of often moving to companies. = I sometimes feel I don't have enough expertise in this field, but my remaining team members have even less experience than I do. Because I have changed companies frequently, I've picked up a wide variety of hands-on experience as a general troubleshooter.
So I can manage to overcome it if I have no insane boss in company. The only thing that I leave the compnay is mostly becase of my boss. = As long as I don't have an unhinged boss, I can usually manage to get by. In fact, the main reason I ever leave a company is almost always because of my boss.
Apearancely, getting a promotin, rasing my salary, treated my welfare. I don't want 3 conditions in company. People said that "If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen". It is truth. I cannot stant. = On the surface, people seek promotions, salary raises, or better benefits, but I don't care much about those three things. There is a saying, 'If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen.' It’s true, and I simply can't stand it anymore.
Anyway, I was so surprised that they will quit. The work that they have will transfer to someone. Mostly, sticky work steps into me. I don't want for sure. But no one can not. As a result, after getting these work, I will be tired of them. So I will quit in a few months. = Anyway, I was shocked to learn that they are all leaving. Their workload will inevitably be reassigned, and the messiest tasks usually end up landing on my desk. I definitely don't want it, but no one else can handle it. Taking on all this extra work will burn me out, so I plan to quit in a few months as well.
I didn't know as developing my career. I tried to do my best on my way to be more successful. I have no energy, passion, efforts and dreams. I would like to keep staying at home with reading books, watching movies. I lost my ambition. for long time ago. = Early in my career, I didn't realize things would turn out this way; I tried my best to advance and be successful. Now, I have no energy, passion, drive, or dreams left. I would much rather stay home reading books and watching movies. I lost my ambition a long time ago.
NOTE: When everyone else is resigning and leaving all the mess behind for you to clean up, taking a step back to protect your peace of mind is completely understandable. Please do that. T_T |
