Lately, wheneverr I get stressed a lot, I feel so tired to go to bed. Someone suffers from insomnia but it's me.

Yesterday, when I came in my dormitory, I crashed out. My boss ordered me to prepaer for making a presentation before leaving office. = Yesterday, when I returned to my dormitory, I crashed out immediately. Just before I left work, my boss told me to prepare a presentation.

I made a presentation to be reeady for in front of him. As you expect, to put it mildly, I got a lot of pushback, to put it badly, I was heavily criticized. = I got the presentation ready and showed it to him. To put it mildly, I got a lot of pushback. To put it honestly, he criticized me heavily.

Including me, this was the first time for all the members to be involved in this project. Especially, it is Equipment Overhaul. After making a presentation, I come out my heavy headache. And I felt that my eyes went up pressures after closing my laptop. = This project was new for everyone on our team, especially because it involved an Equipment Overhaul. After the presentation, I got a terrible headache, and I felt strong pressure in my eyes when I closed my laptop.

All of my memembers will quit next year. I would like to quit here right now. = All my coworkers want to quit next year, and I want to quit right now.

NOTE: Experiencing extreme physical fatigue and severe headaches after facing unfair criticism from management is a clear sign of severe workplace burnout. I hope things ease up soon.
