It is project management. Exactly, it's like the belife is that time solves everything. I started as a engineer and currently, almost I forcus on PM. = In project management, there seems to be a common belief that time solves everything. I started my career as an engineer, but these days, I focus almost entirely on project management (PM).

I often tease myself as handyman. although we are in deevelteam, we all are related with other teams, clients. and superer management at compay. = I often joke that I am a jack-of-all-trades. Although we are on the development team, we interact with various other departments, clients, and senior executives.

It can show them performance and failure both. My basci skills in engineering are mechanical, electrical experience. = This role makes both success and failure highly visible. My core technical background is grounded in mechanical and electrical engineering.

I make protocols, reporters of projects and then enforce, cheek and mangage. = I write protocols, draft project reports, and handle execution, monitoring, and overall management.

My job is taken over something tired from others. My major is mechanical engineering. So I just know basical electrical, electronics and computer knowledge. = My job essentially involves taking over tedious tasks that others want to avoid. Since my degree is in mechanical engineering, my knowledge of electrical engineering, electronics, and computer science is fairly basic.

Lately, I have requiered a lot of knowledge from my boss. It is not related with my major that't why I need to adjust into projects. But he ignored me. He has worked as hardware engneer for 20 years. = Lately, my boss has been demanding advanced technical knowledge from me outside my core discipline, yet he ignores how much effort it takes for me to adapt to these new project demands. He has worked as a hardware engineer for 20 years, but he knows nothing about mechanical engineering.

He doesn't know mechanical engnieering. I think he can't reflect deeply on hisself. He just is generous for himself and other teams. = I don't think he reflects deeply on his own limitations. He is just overly generous with himself and the other teams.

Today, I did work electrical cable laying work instead of procee engnieering team. Because they didn't know electrical knowledge. = Today, I even ended up doing electrical cable laying work instead of the process engineering team because they lacked basic electrical knowledge.

I thouht my boss didn't distinguish between engnieer and technician more than just. It is wok of maintanence, procee engnieering. = I feel my boss fails to distinguish between an engineer and a technician. That task belonged to maintenance or process engineering.

I have a lot of superficial knowledge to solve problems at company. But it turns out it made me be a cheap slave. I wanted to be a specialist not generalist. = Having a wide range of broad, superficial knowledge allows me to resolve various issues at work, but it has ultimately turned me into cheap labor. I wanted to become a specialist, not a generalist.

NOTE: It is deeply frustrating when broad technical versatility leads to being assigned technician-level maintenance tasks instead of allowing you to build specialized expertise in your core field.
