My number one dish is Pork Backbone Hangover Soup. Many Korean, foreigners except for Indians, Muslims love the dish. When you have meal with drinking alcohol or not, it is the best choice. My picky Singaporean friends love that. It is so healthy food having nutritious things. In general, it is that Pork Backbone stacked on bowl. But Hongcheon Ttukbaegi of that kind is that Pork Backbone stack as tower on bowl. As how to cook, it calls Gamjatang. Regardless of the shape, Pork Backbone Hangover Soup is main. Anyway, the meat portion is generous, and it tastes light and clean without being greasy. When I was a kid, it is difficult to eat that. Back then, come think of it, my family is so poor. The price of that was not expensive. I experienced eating proper that when I was a university student at first. At that time, I think I was feeling that it was so uncomfortable to eat the meat off the bone. I felt no taste properly. After staying up all night in company, It was so delicious. The first time that I felt delicious. I realized that I got older. I understood why adults enjoyed eating the meat off the bone. It was kind of reliver in our life. Among a lof of funny moments, most thing were in my working time. Pain gives me pain with joy. I don't like the truth

My number one dish is Pork Backbone Hangover Soup. Many Korean, foreigners except for Indians, Muslims love the dish. = My number one dish is Pork Backbone Hangover Soup (Gamjatang). Many Koreans and foreigners---except for those with dietary restrictions like Hindus or Muslims---absolutely love this dish.

When you have meal with drinking alcohol or not, it is the best choice. My picky Singaporean friends love that. It is so healthy food having nutritious things. = Whether you're drinking alcohol or having a regular meal, it's always the best choice. Even my picky Singaporean friends love it! It's a very healthy dish, packed with nutrition.

= Normally, the pork backbone is served stacked in a bowl. However, the version at Hongcheon Ttukbaegi features pork backbone stacked high like a tower. Regardless of how it's presented, the core dish is still Pork Backbone Hangover Soup.

Anyway, the meat portion is generous, and it tastes light and clean without being greasy. When I was a kid, it is difficult to eat that. Back then, come think of it, my family is so poor. The price of that was not expensive. = In any case, the meat portion is generous, and the broth tastes light and clean without being greasy. When I was a child, I found it difficult to eat. Looking back, my family was very poor, though the soup itself wasn't expensive.

I experienced eating proper that when I was a university student at first. At that time, I think I was feeling that it was so uncomfortable to eat the meat off the bone. I felt no taste properly. = I didn't experience eating it properly until I was a university student. Back then, I remember feeling that picking the meat off the bone was too much work, so I couldn't really appreciate the flavor.

After staying up all night in company, It was so delicious. The first time that I felt delicious. I realized that I got older. = But later, after staying up all night at work, it tasted absolutely delicious. That was the first time I truly enjoyed it, and it made me realize that I got older.

I understood why adults enjoyed eating the meat off the bone. It was kind of reliver in our life. Among a lof of funny moments, most thing were in my working time. = I finally understood why adults enjoyed picking meat off the bone because it was a kind of comfort or relief in life. Among all my memorable moments, most happened during my working years.

Pain gives me pain with joy. I don't like the truth = Pain brings a mix of hardship and joy, and as much as I dislike that truth, it's real.

NOTE: It is so meaningful how a dish you once found difficult to eat became a comforting symbol of maturity and hard work over time. ^^
