I love the incentive of Samsung, Hynix. If I were in the companies, I will tattoo as "I love Samsung or I love Hynix" on my arms. and I will cuddle up to pillows written on "I love Samsung or I love Hynix" on the bed. Their incentive made Korea change a lot. = I love the incentives offered by Samsung and Hynix. If I worked at those companies, I would get a tattoo saying 'I love Samsung' or 'I love Hynix' on my arm, and I would cuddle up to pillows with 'I love Samsung' written on them in bed. Their bonuses have changed Korea a lot.

Other than 2 companies, it is difficult to meet awesome incentive all over the place, all over the world. Employees gotten the incentive from Samsung, Hynix will change to become the young rich. = Outside of those two companies, it is difficult to find such awesome incentives anywhere else in the world. Employees who receive these bonuses from Samsung or Hynix instantly become part of the 'young rich.'

Apparently, at least, they can get the incentive for 3 years because of super semiconductor cycles. Most people in Samsung, Hynix have no not only diploma but degree for 4 years. = Apparently, they are guaranteed to get these massive incentives for at least three years due to the semiconductor super-cycle. Interestingly, most people at Samsung and Hynix don't even hold advanced diplomas or four-year degrees.

They receive the insane incentive because they are employees there, rather than based on their ability. Who do efforts, study in company hard out Samsung, Hynix? They have made Korean stocks, real properties market skyrocket to the Mars. And they ruthlessly have advised others do efforts as theirs online XD. = They receive these insane bonuses simply because they are employees there, rather than based on their actual ability. Who would bother putting in massive effort and studying hard at a company outside of Samsung or Hynix? These employees have driven Korean stocks and the real estate market skyhigh, straight to Mars. And to top it off, they ruthlessly lecture others online to work as hard as they do XD.

We all do the best efforts in company or society. They require us to do the best for career. You're talking stupid. Did you think you were dealing with a saint? For career, for who? I don't want to do the best anymore. I changed my job 8 times to better than yesterday. I used to give up on money, career to learn, experience new abilities in new fields. And now I realized that it is useless anymore for me. = We all do our absolute best at work and in society. Management expects us to give our all for our careers. But that's a joke! Who are we really doing it for? I don't want to give it my all anymore. I have changed jobs eight times, always trying to find something better than the day before. I used to sacrifice money and career stability just to learn and gain experience in new fields. But now, I've realized that doing so is completely useless for me.
