Technology, especially mobile phones, has become an important part of our lives. It increasingly affects human beings in both good and bad ways. We get to reach a more convenient life, but also lose social interaction. The more we love our phones, the more we lose our lives. In this essay, I will discuss how this small square machine ruins our interaction. First of all, people are addicted to their own devices heavily, so they choose to play with their phones rather than engage in outgoing activities. Especially the younger generation doesn't explore real life and is stuck on the phone. When we look at the playground, nobody is playing or hanging out there. Following some research, Mobile game revenue has gone up higher and higher, and adolescents tend to spend their time on SNS. As a result, they don't meet people as a person, and furthermore, they don't feel needs of making real friends. In a sense, they might not practice as much as they have to, which make more difficult when they meet a person. They used to shallow answers and instantly reaction, as the digital world teaches them, without deeply understanding. Phones reduce opportunities to develop emotional intelligence, empathy, and interpersonal skills. which can lead to increase social awkwardness. So many individuals may feel uncomfortable when interacting with others in real-life situations. It means there's a likelihood that the situation will get worse and worse.

Technology, especially mobile phones, has become an important part of our lives. It increasingly affects people in both positive and negative ways. While it makes our lives more convenient, it can also reduce social interaction. The more attached we become to our phones, the more disconnected we may become from real life. In this essay, I will discuss how this small device can negatively affect human interaction.

First of all, many people are heavily addicted to their devices, so they choose to spend time on their phones rather than participate in outdoor activities. In particular, the younger generation often spends more time online and less time exploring the real world. When we look at playgrounds, we can see that fewer people are playing or socializing there. According to research, mobile game revenue continues to increase, and many adolescents spend a significant amount of time on social networking services (SNS). As a result, they interact with others less frequently in person and may feel less need to make real-life friends.

In addition, they may not get enough practice communicating face-to-face, which makes social interactions more difficult when they meet people in person. They become accustomed to giving short responses and reacting instantly, as they often do in the digital world, rather than communicating thoughtfully and deeply. Phones can reduce opportunities to develop emotional intelligence, empathy, and interpersonal skills, which may lead to increased social awkwardness. Consequently, many individuals may feel uncomfortable interacting with others in real-life situations. If this trend continues, there is a possibility that the problem will become more serious over time.
