  I think for most of the consequences, gradual change is better than sudden change in concern of society. We always have to think of backlashes, and sudden change is more prone to lead backlashes. But nowadays, because of technology, I think society adopts sudden change regardless of people's desire. It is true that tech made our society more progressing than before, but it also undermined lot of humane values. In the era of tech, consideration is becoming more valuable.
