I think recently the chef is service category job. = that nowadays being a chef is considered a service job.
So, we talk kindly when we talk to customers and get use = used to kindly = polite conversation.
It is very positive in sociel life = social life, but it makes good boy syndrome = can lead to "good boy syndrome." I also can`t refuse others request. = others' requests, and sometimes it`s very terrorble = terrible.
