How would you spend your time if you suddenly had 5 extra hours each week?

If possible, I want to make entertainment time to live = time for entertainment to live an affluent life.
I don't live well nowadays because of busy schedule. = I am not living well these days because of my busy schedule. / My busy schedule prevents me from living comfortably these days.
I have some appointments with acquaintances and work to complete a = the semester.
This season is always busy for me, so I feel that I don't manage my time and energy well.
It means that I have no spare time to take care of myself. / In other words, I don't have enough time to take care of myself.
That's why I spend extra time for me without everyone = alone for myself.
For instance, I can read a book, exercise, and take care of my mind. / For instance, I read a book, exercise, and take care of my mental health.
