Invent a new holiday. What would people celebrate and how would they celebrate it?

I want to invent a new holiday to celebrate the rest.
Nowadays, our society thinks that living busily and working hardly = hard are ideal virtues.
Therefore, having breaktime is treated laziness relatively. = taking a break is often seen as laziness.
I am also influnced it = by this, so I feel an impatience sometimes = sometimes feel impatient.
That's why I want to invent a special day to rest for everyone = for everyone to rest.
No one can work, exercise, and do any productive behavior = activities. / On this day, no one would be allowed to work, exercise, or do anything productive.
Everyone would just rest at = in a comfortable place.
So, we should have a time to take care about = of ourselves.
