As the year ends, what is one habit, mindset, or situation you want to leave behind? Explain why it no longer serves you and how you want to move forward.

When I think back my = on this year, I want to leave my habit to fear = of fearing uncertainty.
I recently see = saw a counselor due to opportunity of school = through a school program.
That's why I can learn about myself thanks to the counsultation about my characters./ That’s why I was able to learn more about myself through the consultation about my personality.
The counselor said to me "What do you like more between watching a movie that I know the ending and don't know? Of course, you like more the second. Becuase it is more interesting to you. Our life is also the same. You shouldn't plan your future perfectly.". = "“Which do you prefer: watching a movie whose ending you know, or one whose ending you don’t? Of course, you prefer the second, because it is more interesting. Life is the same—you don’t need to plan your future perfectly.”
This was very impressive to me, so I tried to change my mindset.
I actually wrote about my characters in the past.
Representatively, there was writting of guard for me. = I wrote about having a tendency to be guarded.
The counselor connected these character = traits: the absence of guard was a = the reason, and the fear of uncertainty was a = the result.
I hadn't notice the correlation so far = noticed this correlation before, but now I find = have a new vision = perspective to look into = explore in my characters.
I want to continue the consultation, so try to develp myself to meet my needs. = counseling to further develop myself and meet my needs.
