Describe how you usually respond when you disagree with someone. Is your approach effective?
When I disagree with someone, I act differently depending on who it is = they are.
If a = the oppenent is famailar with = familiar to me, I couldn't say my opinion well. / When the person is someone I know well, I struggle to share my opinion.
Because I want to not fight with my acquaintance who is precious for me. = I try to avoid conflicts with people I value.
I also feel at ease, when = ease when accepting the = an acquaintance's request.
However, If the oppent is not familiar with = to me, my response to conflict is the complete = completely the opposiste.
Surprisingly, I respond with a pretty = rather hostile attitude.
Because I have a strong perspective to think and act = on thinking and acting about most conflicts.
I believe that I have the right sight in many areas = my perspective is correct in many situations.
In a way, I have a somewhat self-arrogant attitude. / To some extent, I can be somewhat arrogant about my opinions.
But, = However, I think that two ways are quite wrong to effectively solve the = both approaches are not effective for solving problems.
