I was barely worried about calories in food, because my goal is to gain weight. However, I pay attention to fat content for my health. There are sort of good fat and bad fat in food, such as saturated fat. Thus, if a food contains a high level of saturated fat or cholesterol, I try to find a substitute. Also, I cared about insecticides, but there is no way to discern insecticides in food. That's sad. I can list every single chemical to avoid, but I try my best to eat healthy food with as few harmful chemicals as possible.
