-How has technology (like AI tools, smartphones, or social media) changed your daily life or work? Do you think its mostly positive or negative?

It has changed my daily life in every way.
When I wake up in the morning, I check my smartphone first.
And we are usually talking = We usually talk about what we have searched on social media / We usually talk about what we’ve seen on social media.
For = Because of that, I could have = could a kind of tuttle  = turtle neck.
But it's convinient because I don't need to be with = bring my wallet when I go outside.
I think technology has both way in positive and negative effects.
