Compare the education or work culture of Korea with another country. What lessons can be learned?

Because I work in school, I am = have heard many times about the education = educational culture of other countires = countries.
I ordinary = usually envy the education system of America sharing responsibilities about =  American education system, which shares responsibilities for children with their parents.
For example, school can report to the police about parents' neglect of their child =  schools can report parents’ neglect of their child to the police.
Also, there is a school police officer in school, who works about school violence. = Also, there is a school police officer who handles issues related to school violence.
These systems are differ with things of Korea. = different from those in Korea.
Nowadays, many Korean = Koreans think that the goverment and school take full charge = schools should take full responsibility for children and education.
That's why there are new polices to take care of students all day long.
It is quite right, but also is = partly wrong.
I experience many problems with it, for instance = this system; for instance, some parents forget their responsibilities.
I am sorry, = feel sorry when I meet students who were not taken care = cared for by their parents.
I believe that education must not be a tool of politics.
