I want to start working at 10 a.m.
To be honest, I don't like to wake up early in the morning.
But the regular schedule is needed for an efficiency.
So I think it's suitable for me from 10a.m. to 4p.m. to work even though that's rarely possible. = So I think working from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. is suitable for me, even though it’s rarely possible.
And I would focus on my works and go out the time = work during that time and go out afterward..
