  I think the reason why animals sleep during the day and hunt at night is because the sunshine. During the daytime, most of animals can see forward and pretty much far from where they are. It can be a benefit but as a predator, it's a disadvantage because many preys get the sign and run away. It makes predators difficult to get their food. So, they started hunting at night using their nose and ears to catch the prey. Should governments tax individuals to encourage environmental protection? I think governments should not tax individuals related to environmental protection. There are 2 reasons why I think this way. First of all, most of the contamination is from the corporate not from individuals. Because of industry, environments are polluted and getting worse than ever. The government cannot ask a responsibility to individual because it's unfair in some point. Moreover, tax on individual can be a burden. People are more vulnerable to money and it makes civilians reluctant to government when they feel tax about environment as a useless one. For these reasons, I think governments shouldn't tax individuals to encourage environmental protection considering the fairness and approval.
