Describe one personal habit you want to develop to improve your life. How will you achieve it? I want to have a habit thinking lightly to improve a quality of my life. It is greatly important thing to healthly live because it decreases our stress. I think about myself as a person who worries about very small things. It makes me uncomfortable and bothers every moment. But any unfortunate events aren't realized usually. After that, I make myself a promise to don't worry again. This promise dissapear when I face tiny worries. I know these whole processes, which make me worse. That's why I try to change my bad habbit as thinking lightly about problems. If I worry about something, I should ask myself "Is there any evidence of it?". Of course, there isn't any evidence of my anxiety. Then I should think that I must believe in the objective fact. It leads me a way doesn't making unessential concern. Thank you for reading. I hope that I realize my answer! See you tomorrow!
