What is your morning routine like?
One of my morning routines is checking my weight.
Usually, I check my weight more than three times a day.
If I gain weight, I cut down on my meals or snacks.
But these days, I have gained weight because everything tastes so yummy!
So I try not to eat rice or noodles, and I go running at night.
My ideal weight is under 55 kg, but it’s so hard for me...

Whenever I notice I’ve gained a little, I try to cut back on meals or snacks. But recently, everything just tastes too good to resist! To manage my weight, I’ve been avoiding rice and noodles, and I’ve started running at night. My goal is to stay under 55 kg, but honestly, it’s been a real challenge.
