I think allowing employees to work from home improves personal productivity.
Because of corona 19 = the COVID-19 virus, I experienced working from home.
I was comfortable and controlled my condition, so I kept my ability to work.
The free environment gives people positive feelings.
We don't use our energy to show our appearance and commute to work, that = which can reduce our money and time.
Plus, there is no unrelated talk time about work.
Of course, there are some bad people to doesn't = who don't take their responsibility for = responsibilities at work seriously.
But I believe that the result of personal work would reveal personal endure = endurance.
If someone doesn't work and abuse = abuses the system, he = they must is punished from his boss and company = be punished by their boss and the company.
I agree with an = the opinion that reduce teamwork when I work from home = when I work from home, it reduces teamwork.
But teamwork can be made, even though we don't meet.
Unfortunally = Unfortunately, I can't work frome home, because of character = home because of the nature of teaching.
But I wish that there are = were many workplaces to = where we could work from home in the world.
