Describe one thing you would change about Korean workplace culture if you could. Why?

I want to change the Korean workplace culture using annual leave.
I know well only about the school workplace culture, so other wrokplace = workplaces could be different.
My workplace is separeted two parts, which are = divided into two parts: a semester and a vacation.
I really love the vacation period, and I am really hard semester period = really work hard during the semester period, on the contrary. / On the contrary, I really work hard during the semester period.
Because I must attend the office during the semester when I have a crucial event, and I'm sick.
It is burdensome for me, therefore = me; therefore, I think that it is a negative thing about the school workplace.
The right using = to use annual leave is guaranteed by law, of course, but it is difficult to realize the = this right.
If I use my annual leave, someone must take over my role.
Someone must have a certificate to teach student, so a = the job offer process is complicated.
It is a differ = different thing in comparison to other work place = workplaces.
That's why many teacher = teachers can't take care of ourselve and our family = themselves and their families.
