Write about the most valuable lesson you have learned from a boss, colleague, or mentor.
I met many people during my life, who teaches me valuable lessons.
First lesson by a boss is flexibility, which is setting open mind to solve problems in any situation.
It is my homework answer 2 days ago.
My boss said me. "You don't endure all works by using my energy, time, and heart. You must divide work according to criteria. Working is tiny thing in your life."
Second lesson by a colleague is opening my mind to others, which changes my perspective about relationship.
I had closed mind to say my personal issues to others because it can be my weakness.
But my colleague was always honest in all situation, so I thought she is a brave person.
And I noticed that it is not weakness and any problems not occur.
Then I tried to say my personal issues and asks help to my acquintance.
That's why I persue stronger relationship and learn a way to live with others.
I am lucky to meet good people, so I should try to be good person myself.
Thank you for reading.
I have an appointment during lunch, so I will not attend class.
See you tomorrow! |
