First = The first lesson by a boss is flexibility, which is setting an open mind to solve problems in any situation. / The first lesson I learned from a boss is to be flexible, which means keeping an open mind to solve problems in any situation.

My boss said me. = told me, "You don't endure all works by using my = deserve all the work for using your energy, time, and heart. You must divide the work according to the criteria. Working is a tiny thing in your life."
Second = The second lesson by a colleague is opening my mind to others, which changes my perspective about relationship = on relationships. / The second lesson I learned from a coworker is to open my mind to others, which changed how I see relationships.
I had a closed mind to say my personal issues to others because it can be my weakness. / I used to keep my personal problems to myself because I thought sharing them would make me look weak.
But my colleague was always honest in all situation = situations, so I thought she is = was a brave person.
And I noticed that it is not a weakness and any problems not occur = weakness, and nothing bad happened.
Then I tried to say = talk about my personal issues and asks help to my acquintance = ask for help from my acquaintance.
That's why I persue a stronger relationship and learn a way to live with others.
I am lucky to meet good people, so I should try to be a good person myself.
