Q. Is it better to complain or just forget about it and move?
A. I think it depends on the situation.
For most cases, however, reasonable complaints are helpful to improve the quality of hotel services.
If the issues are problematic =serious, particularly for me, whether I ignore it = them or file a complaint is up to me.
But if those issues are about safety or something that is closely related to public health,
I would complain them to agency= to the agency or organization which are responsible for that. |
