Q. What are your biggest complaints regarding hotel/room service? Why?
A. My biggest complaints were asking for a heating pad and a clean blanket.
That happened when I visited Daeieon to attend a conference.
As soon as I entered a room, I felt something was wrong.
A blanket smells musty.
A prior person might have smoked, I guessed.
A more serious issue was the heater.
It didn't work well.
So I asked for the heating pad, and a clerk quickly delivered it.
However, the size of the pad was tiny, which managed to cover my body.
The hotel didn't change my room to a better one.
That night was tough to=for me.
