What qualities do you think make a good leader? Describe someone you admire who has these qualities.

A = The most important quality to make a good leader is the impartiality, treating everyone the same.
The leader is in a position to decide crucial problems and evalutate many elements.
Therefore, the leader faces sweet temptations from people who want to be close to the leader.
The leader already has big = a lot of power to control the state of affairs and doesn't need to consider others.
If the leader accpept = accepts any sweet ask = request, lt is clear to goes = go to a bad conclusion.
So the impartiality is a very important thing in terms of the leader's quality.
If the leader is fair for everything = to everyone, every subordinate follows, decision although don't like it = follows the decision, even if they don't like it.
Because people can't suppress the discrimination not = or difficulty.
I completely agree with it because I experienced some cases when I worked.
The sense of discrimination was a critical obstacle to unite with colleague for = uniting with colleagues for a common goal in the last school.
