  How do you cope with stress? When I get stress, I usually go ouside and walking, running at the near park. Especially running is good because when I running I naturally start to sweat, the lighter my body and mind. These day, every my dayoff in the early morning I go to at the park.

When I get stress, I usually go ouside and walking, running at the near park. Especially running is good because when I running I naturally start to sweat, the lighter my body and mind. These day, every my dayoff in the early morning I go to at the park.

When I feel stressed, I typically go outside to walk or run in a nearby park. Running is especially helpful for me because it makes me sweat, which lightens both my body and mind. These days, on my days off, I visit the park every early morning.
